Wortley Hall Cottages are set within the award-winning grounds of Wortley Hall, located in the village of Wortley and based between Sheffield & Barnsley. Our cottages in South Yorkshire are in the ideal position for exploring the Peak District & Pennine Trail.
Our 3 cottages are nestled in 26 acres of formal grounds and woodland. You can use the bar inside the Hall which serves food until 9 pm every day or enjoy an afternoon tea in this fabulous setting.
We are perfectly placed for exploring the area, with lots to do and see. The nearby market town of Penistone is renowned for its farmers Market which attracts visitors all year round. The Yorkshire Dales are also waiting to be discovered slightly further afield. There are also other historic houses to visit locally such as Wentworth Woodhouse, Wentworth Castle and Cannon Hall.
