Penbridge Court in Trebles Holford offers wonderful self catering accommodation. We are based in a great location between Quantock and the Blackdown Hills in a tranquil area of Somerset, perfect for families or groups looking for somewhere special to stay.

You can stay in our elegantly restored 200-year-old barn which has 3 attached cottages. Our properties easily cater for 20 guests comfortably but can sleep up to 28 people if needed. All of our properties are surrounded by picturesque countryside. From the bottom of the garden can catch a glimpse of the magnificent steam strains from the West Somerset Railway.

The Main Barn

Our gorgeous property has been tastefully renovated to offer a relaxing space to holiday in. Inside this majestic barn, you’ll find beautiful oak and elm beams, a feature gallery, 19th Century chandeliers, huge log-burning fireplaces and a rustically refurbished country kitchen. Rustle up some tantalising dishes in the kitchen which includes two butler-style sinks, two dishwashers, two fridges and a huge butcher's block, plus lots more. Savour some delicious meals in the dining area which seats up to 30 guests at long oak tables.

A games room includes a pool table and table football and you can also unwind in a second sumptuous living area which has a 6-foot fireplace and luxurious leather sofas. There are size bedrooms, including 3 double en suites and 3 twin rooms, one of which is en suite. Two of the twins share a bathroom.

Three Cottages:

For more guests holidaying with you, we provide additional accommodation in Sunset, Stable and Byre. The cottages each sleeps 4 people and come with a kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Visiting Trebles Holford & Exploring Somerset

Nearby there are lots of stunning walks and cycle routes, the perfect way to admire the amazing natural landscape. You can visit the outstanding Georgian & Victorian gardens at Hestercombe House. History fans can visit Dunster Castle, whilst the Museum of Somerset houses lots of fascinating exhibits. You can also enjoy a scenic walk around Wimbleball Lake. Great attractions to visit include:
