Trethias Lodge is a 3-bedroom holiday cottage located just a few miles from North Cornwall's rugged coastline and a short 5-minute drive from the charming town of Padstow.

Accommodation

The lodge accommodates up to 5 guests across three bedrooms. It features a master bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with a single bed.

The home includes a spacious lounge-diner equipped with a TV and DVD player, alongside a fully fitted kitchen boasting a washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. While duvets and pillows are provided, guests are reminded to bring their own pillowcases, top sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels.

Outside, the garden features a gravelled area with a patio and barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Parking is conveniently available for two cars beside the property.

The Area

Located in St Merryn Park, formerly known as St Merryn Holiday Village, the lodge is ideally situated near the bustling estuary town of Padstow, renowned for its lively harbour, exquisite seafood eateries and the traditional 'Obby Oss' festival. The area offers easy access to coastal walks, watersports, cycling trails, and golf courses, with the main A30 route, Newquay and Wadebridge all within easy reach. There is plenty to see and do in the area, including:

Padstow Museum.
Prideaux Place.
The Eden Project.
Camel Creek Theme Park.
St Eval Go Karting.
