The Annexe

Beili Neuadd Annexe, a recently renovated granary, serves as the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts. This self-contained, one-bedroom space comfortably accommodates up to four people. The Annexe can also be combined with the bunkhouse to sleep 20 people.

The property includes a range of excellent facilities to suit all your needs: Wi-Fi, bedding, antibacterial hand soap and hand gel, crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, toaster, kettle, cooker hob and oven, fridge and small freezer, microwave and Freeview TV. Outside there is a private outdoor space with a fire pit, perfect for huddling around under the starry night sky.

The Bunkhouse

This property is great for a group looking for somewhere special to stay and the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts, including ramblers, cyclists, motorbikers, canoeists and young adventurers.

This well-equipped property includes a drying room, TV and DVD player, one portable plug-in heater, comfortable adult-sized bunk beds, bedding, crockery and cutlery, cooking equipment, Wi-Fi, anti-bacterial hand gel and handwash, a toaster, kettles, cooker hob and oven, large fridges and a microwave. Outside there is a seating area for al fresco dining whilst admiring the spectacular countryside views. We also provide a BBQ, fire pit, cycle storage shed and outside hose.

Visiting Rhayader & Exploring Powys

Country lovers are truly spoilt for choice, with lots of breathtaking natural scenery to enjoy. The Elan Valley Walking and Cycling Trail begins in Rhayader and takes you to the Elan Valley and its lakes. The Wye Valley Walk offers a great blend of hill and river walking, whilst the Glyndwr’s Way stretches through open moorland, rolling farmland and woodland. We are also on 3 National Cycle Network Trials, including the N8, N80, The Radnorshire Ring and also the Trans Cambrian Route. Further attractions to visit include:
