Smithy Cottage offers superb self catering accommodation in Kirkton of Lethendy. Based near Meikleour in Perthshire, we offer stunning views of open countryside and are in the ideal location for exploring the area.

Accommodation

Our ground floor cottage is tastefully furnished and is great for a country escape in an idyllic location.

The living/dining room is a lovely place for unwinding in after a day sightseeing. Facilities includes a toasty wood-burning stove with wood provided and a TV. A well-equipped kitchen comes with an electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Two attractive bedrooms are available: a double and a twin. Both rooms share a bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. All linen and towels are included.

Outside there is a delightful, enclosed garden with garden furniture. A great spot for a morning coffee or al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Visiting Kirkton of Lethendy & Exploring Pethshire

We are nestled in a brilliant position for discovering the five Angus Glens or the Breadalbane Mountains. The North of Scotland is easily accessible by car and the east coast towns of St Andrews, Dundee and Arbroath are also reachable. In Pitlochry, you visit the Edradour Distillery Festival Theatre, whilst further north you can go to Blair Atholl and The House of Bruar. Excellent attractions to visit include:
