Overlooking the Gwaun Valley and set on the lower reaches of the Preseli Hills, we are close to Fishguard, Newport and the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. This is the ideal location for exploring the very best of West Wales or for simply putting your feet up and relaxing in peaceful, quiet surroundings with stunning views of the hills and Gwaun Valley.

This inviting and spacious ground-floor stone barn conversion offers a well-appointed kitchen and generous dining area, perfect for gatherings. A separate cosy lounge provides a comfortable space to relax and both the double and twin bedrooms feature their own private en-suite bathrooms.

The lounge and dining room are equipped with Smart TVs, while exposed beams throughout the cottage add to its character and charm. Adjacent to the lounge, the ‘boot room’ is stocked with maps, walking guides, and local recommendations to help you make the most of your stay. It also includes a drying facility for wet outdoor clothing and walking boots, with an additional separate drying room available if needed.

In addition to the self-catering cottage, we run a guided walks and tours business and also teach hill and moorland walking skills – such as route planning, navigation, etc. We pride ourselves on providing bespoke walks and tours to suit your interests, the time you have available and your fitness levels. Our focus is North Pembrokeshire but we are happy to offer walks and tours further afield. We offer guests staying at Tregynon Cottages a discounted rate for any of these services. But if you would rather explore on your own: no problem. We can give you plenty of friendly and free advice on where to go and what to see.
