Perched in the roof of the main barn, the Nest is full of charm and offers stunning views toward Abingdon, ideal for sunsets. Hazel Cottage is a ground-floor retreat, ideal for families, elderly relatives, or those seeking accessibility. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a newly fitted wet room-style bathroom and two bedrooms, a flexible main room (twin or double) with ample storage and a cosy single with modern touches. The cottage blends traditional décor with a light, relaxing atmosphere. Outside, enjoy the patio or shared lawn, perfect for unwinding in the Oxfordshire countryside.

Stable Cottage, the largest of the three, offers two bedrooms and a spacious living area. The main bedroom, with en-suite and optional ceiling tracking for hoist use, can be a twin or double, while the second bedroom features two singles. A modern cottage style runs throughout, with a practical yet elegant bathroom, a cosy living room with sofas and a Smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for four. Outside, enjoy a private patio, shared lawn and the charming Stable well.

Perfect for exploring the Thames Path, we’re also only a 10-minute walk from the historic market town of Abingdon-on-Thames.
