Kyte & Kestrel Lodge sleeps 8

The lodges combine traditional charm with modern comfort, featuring high-beamed ceilings, large windows and vibrant decor that complement the original wood and stone elements while flooding the space with natural light. Each lodge sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 flexible bedrooms (king-size or twin setups), with ample living areas, fully equipped kitchens and 3 bathrooms over two floors. Enjoy patios, lawn space and pet-friendly accommodation for a relaxing stay. Smart TVs offer streaming options and wet rooms and en-suite bathrooms ensure convenience, whether you prefer a walk-in shower or a luxurious soak.

Perched in the roof of the main barn, the Nest is full of charm and offers stunning views toward Abingdon, ideal for sunsets. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a newly fitted wet room-style bathroom and two bedrooms, a flexible main room (twin or double) with ample storage and a cosy single with modern touches. The cottage blends traditional décor with a light, relaxing atmosphere. Outside, enjoy the patio or shared lawn, perfect for unwinding in the Oxfordshire countryside.

Stable Cottage - sleeps 6

Stable Cottage, the largest of the three, offers two bedrooms and a spacious living area. The main bedroom, with en-suite and optional ceiling tracking for hoist use, can be a twin or double, while the second bedroom features two singles. A modern cottage style runs throughout, with a practical yet elegant bathroom, a cosy living room with sofas and a Smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for four. Outside, enjoy a private patio, shared lawn and the charming Stable well.

Our location is just a short stroll from the scenic banks of the River Thames in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside. Perfect for exploring the Thames Path, we’re also only a 10-minute walk from the historic market town of Abingdon-on-Thames. The city of Oxford is just eight miles away, with excellent bus links from Abingdon and London is less than an hour’s drive. Places to visit include:
