The Byres Holiday Cottage offers self catering accommodation located in the small village of Selside near Settle in North Yorkshire. The Byres is a semi-detached 18th century stone barn that offers lovely self catering accommodation with beautiful countryside views.

There is a spacious kitchen that offers the following:

Electric cooker.
Microwave.
Fridge.
Freezer.
Washing machine.
Kettle.
Toaster.
Iron.
Radio.

There is also a dining area with a dining room table and chairs. There is also a tumble dryer available in a building outside.

The lounge that boasts exposed beams, an open coal fire and alternative electric fire, flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, books and children's toys.

Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, one king size room, one double room and one twin room. All of the bedrooms are furnished with pine furniture, bedside cabinets, wardrobes, a dressing table and a chest of drawers.

All of the bedrooms share a bathroom that has a bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels and toilet roll are provided in the price of the rental.

The outside area has a private secluded patio area with a mature rockery garden that can be accessed from the living room.

There is a range of patio furniture that is provided meaning you can eat outside weather permitting, there is also a barbeque.

At the side of the cottage, there is also another patio area. Next to the parking area is a separate mature, walled, shrubbery garden with lawn and garden furniture.

There are many tourist attractions in the local area that are within easy reach of the holiday cottage.

The holiday cottage is surrounded by many footpaths and has excellent walking and cycling routes. The Byres is an ideal base for walking and touring the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, Howgill Fells, West Coast, Forest of Bowland and further away, the North York Moors.

The nearest Inns are only 3 miles away at Horton-in-Ribblesdale or Ribblehead. For any food or supplies you need, there are shops in the towns of Settle, Ingleton and Hawes.
