Our spacious cottages and huts offer a peaceful retreat at the end of a private, no-through road, each featuring its own private hot tub for your relaxation.

Meadows' Edge - Sleeps 4

Featuring excellent amenities, this cottage offers a private garden, hot tub and an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The space includes a large feature fireplace with a wood-burning stove, solid oak floorboards, handcrafted beams and antique country furniture. Accommodating up to four guests, the cottage has two twin/super king bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, making it an ideal choice for both family and friends.

Brock Cottage - Sleeps 4

Stay in style at this charming cottage, featuring a private hot tub just steps away. Furnished to a high standard, it accommodates up to four guests. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with either two singles or a super king—both with ensuite shower rooms and wall-mounted LCD TVs. Downstairs, the fully equipped country kitchen includes an oak dining table for four, while the bright sitting room offers comfortable seating and an LCD TV/DVD player. With solid oak floors and handcrafted beams, the cottage combines character with modern comforts.

Willows' End - Sleeps 5

Willows' End combines a charming country feel with modern amenities. This spacious yet cosy cottage accommodates up to five guests and features a private hot tub on an enclosed deck leading to a fenced garden. The lounge includes solid oak floors, comfortable sofas, a feature beam ceiling and an LCD TV. The country kitchen offers a Rangemaster range cooker and an oak dining table for five. Upstairs, there are two twin or super king bedrooms with ensuite showers, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Enjoy beautiful countryside views throughout.

Middlehead Cottage - Sleeps 5

This detached cottage overlooks a large grassy area and the forest beyond, with a private hot tub screened from view. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen leads to a dining room with seating for five and a cosy lounge with dual-aspect windows, seating for five, a large log burner and a TV/DVD. Upstairs, accessed by a steep central staircase, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a king or two singles and one with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The cottage features a fenced front garden, rear courtyard access and private parking for two cars.

The Warren, The Sett and The Lair Shepherd's Huts - Each sleep 2

The shepherd's huts each offer an elevated, peaceful retreat for two adults. These modern, open-plan huts feature a double bedroom and a central kitchen/diner with stunning landscape views. After a meal at the dining table, relax on the sofa or in bed, enjoying TV and the warmth of the wood-burning stove or air conditioning. French doors lead to a modern shower room, perfect for freshening up before a day of adventure. Outside, unwind on sun loungers or enjoy the afternoon on the patio, taking in the beautiful surroundings.
