Wherry & Albion Cottage offers lovely self catering accommodation in Wroxham, nestled in a glorious riverside setting. We have fishing right on our doorstep along a 100m of river and marina, offering a private 45ft x 12ft mooring. Further afield you can visit lots of attractions in Norfolk.

Accommodation

We have 2 cottages to choose from, Wherry Cottage and Albion Cottage, both based on the banks of the River Bure. The cottages enjoy riverside views, offer fishing outside and you can also hire a day boat.

Wherry Cottage

Our cottage comes with a refurbished kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: new stainless steel electric oven, grill and ceramic glass hob. Unwind in the living room that has seating, a sofa-bed and a 32’’ Freeview TV/DVD player.

Bedrooms consist of a double and twin room. Both rooms have Freeview TV/DVD players. The bathroom has a full size bath with an electric shower over.

Outside we have a south-east facing private terrace. There is a BBQ and picnic table in the garden for al fresco dining.

Albion Cottage

We offer accommodation in this riverside cottage. Relax in the living room that has seating and a 32’’ Freeview TV/DVD player. A newly refurbished kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: a new stainless steel electric oven, grill and ceramic glass hob.

Bedrooms consist a double and twin room. Both rooms have Freeview TV/DVD players. The bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle.

Outside we have a south-east-facing private terrace and a garden with a picnic table and BBQ. This terrace has a new wind-out canopy for shade.

Visting Wroxham & Exploring Norfolk

Our cottages are ideal for exploring Wroxham - the capital of the Norfolk Broads. There are pubs, restaurants, shops and a large department store. Visit Miniature Worlds indoor model museum, the Bure Valley steam railway and nearby Hoveton Hall gardens. Attractions to visit include:
