Summary

Herbert Woods Cottages are waterside holiday cottages located at the edge of the River Thurne or within the Broads Haven marina. Cottages sleep between 4 and 9. Each cottage is no smoking and includes central heating, parking and outside tables and chairs. Selected properties provide wheelchair access and allow pets.

Broadlands (Sleeps 4 – 6)

A delightful heritage bungalow overlooking the River Thurne. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room, sitting room with double sofa bed and digital flat screen TV and DVD player which opens onto a private deck with mooring. Master bedroom with double bed and additional twin bedroom. Family Bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Bittern and Mallard Cottages (Sleeps 4)

Two modern two storey cottages situated at the entrance to Broads Haven marina. Each cottage comprises of an open plan kitchen/diner. Lounge with digital flat screen TV and DVD player and patio doors opening onto an enclosed private deck. The upper floor has a master bedroom with double bed and family bathroom with bath/shower. A second twin bedroom with separate shower room is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Marsh View Lodge (Sleeps 9)

A luxurious five bedroom property overlooking the water, with a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher and double oven. Spacious lounge with digital flat screen TV and DVD player. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath/shower. Further bedrooms include one double, two twin rooms and one single room. Family bathroom with bath/shower and an additional shower room. A large private deck can be accessed from the lounge and master bedroom.

You will find plenty to keep you occupied, from a meal in one of the many riverside inns, to a visit to our unspoilt market towns or one of the many tourist attractions in the area. Alternatively you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the wide open spaces; beautiful sunsets and abundant wildlife the Broads have to offer.
