Our cottage dates from the early 1800s and features a thatched roof, exposed beams and a winding staircase. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance porch, breakfast room, kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The first floor has 1 king-size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom that can be made as a super king.

Facilities include a smart TV, log burner or fireplace, board games, dishwasher, bath and hand towels and an iron and ironing board.

Outside there is a large lawn and a patio with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. Relax with a glass of bubbly in the hot tub.

On the estate, we offer a range of activities and experiences, including mind and wellbeing classes, archery, horse riding, axe throwing and much more.

We are ideally located for enjoying the local area. Visit the RSPB bird reserves or enjoy a relaxing walk along one of the picturesque footpaths or bridleways in the area. In nearby Walsham, there are shops, restaurants, cafes and a weekly market. Attractions to visit include:
