2 Old Chapel Cottages offers self catering accommodation in Winterton-on-sea. We are based in an ideal location and within walking distance to the beach, cafes, fish and chip shop and pubs. We are close to the bustling town of Great Yarmouth and in an ideal location for exploring Norfolk.
Our mid-terrace property dates from 1812 and has been beautifully renovated to offer cosy accommodation. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.
Inside there is a relaxing living/dining room with comfy seating, a wall-mounted smart TV, log burner effect electric fire and a dining area. Rustle up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of excellent appliances, including a sleek wall-mounted oven and dishwasher.
Upstairs there is a master king bedroom and a bunk room. Both rooms share a cloakroom with a WC and downstairs there is a shower room.
Outside there is a paved seating area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun. A shed for bikes etc is available.
We are in a great place for exploring the area. We are near the seal colonies at Horsey, as well as the stunning landscape at Martham Broads National Nature Reserve. The village has a cafe on the beach and you can also visit the coastal town of Great Yarmouth. Attractions to visit include:
