Woodman's Cottage & Barn offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Stratton Strawless near Norwich. We are based in a fantastic countryside location with private gardens, including access to shared grounds with two large ponds, ideal for an idyllic getaway in Norfolk.

Our beautiful cottage is comfortable, light and airy, ideal for a couple or small family looking for somewhere peaceful to stay. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. A lovely place for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

You can unwind in the cosy sitting room which comes with a dining area, TV with FreeSat and a selection of books and games. A well-equipped kitchen comes with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. On the ground floor is a double room and on the first floor is a twin room. All bed linen and towels are provided.

This charming barn is brimming with character and is perfect for a family or a group. On the ground floor, there is a double en suite and on the first floor there is a double with a WC en suite. A twin bedroom and ground floor bathroom are also available.

A lovely sitting room comes with a dining area, TV with Freesat, DVD player and a selection of books and games. A well-equipped kitchen an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Outside there is a delightful enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. A great spot for a coffee in the morning sun.

Guests have use of an indoor heated swimming pool and games room, including a pool table, table tennis and table football.

Stratton Strawless is a great area to explore by bicycle or foot, with lots of quiet lanes and footpaths to explore. The Fox is just 10 minutes away and offers family-friendly dining, steakhouse style. Several other fabulous pubs are just a short drive away. You can visit Blickling Hall and Estate which has a magnificent Jacobean mansion, gorgeous garden, historic park and woodland. Norwich is only 20 minutes away and has lots to see, including Norwich Cathedral. Further attractions to visit include:
