Here at mYminibreak, we have a range of Norfolk holiday cottages, seaside B&Bs, and other Norfolk hideaways for you to enjoy a relaxed stay right by the beach! We have a 2 Bedroom Self Catering Cottage, Stable Chalets, Cottage Style B&B Rooms, Glamping & Camping, all just a 2-minute walk away from the vast open sands of Heacham South Beach. tucked away in a quiet, secluded location, and surrounded by dog friendly walking routes and nature reserves.

Once a working dairy farm, we have maintained our country farm feel during our renovation from farm to holiday resort, not only in the interior decoration of our accommodation but in our laid back atmosphere, situated surrounded by open fields and sandy beaches. We have strived to create an environment for relaxation and getting back to nature. Our location is dropped down from the road which protects us from the sea breeze, keeps us from being overlooked and gives us a sense of being far from the hustle and bustle of local life. Our best features are our close proximity to the Beach & Norfolk Coast Path, Great local walking Routes, Local dog-friendly shops, pubs & restaurants, Rural Location.

Accommodation

The Old Barn is a lovingly restored 2 bedroom self-catering cottage, with a double master bedroom and a twin bed second bedroom, this cottage is suitable for a family of four, plus lots of space for a dog or two.

Downstairs there is an open-plan living and kitchen area, with all mod cons an and island for getting the family together to prepare meals, there is space for everyone to spend time together while kicking back and relaxing.

Outside there is seating for you to enjoy the views, peace and quiet, there is also a communal fire pit and BBQ for those that want to catch a sunset and watch the vast array of wildlife that visits us here on the Norfolk Coast.

Please also note that The Churnery B&B room is adjoining to The Old Barn and can therefore be useful as an annexe should you bring friends, family or the in-laws along with you.

Meanwhile, The Dairy is similarly a renovated farm building with love and care put into every inch, and is perfect for a delightful family getaway to the coast! With 3 bedrooms, this cottage by the sea sleeps 6-7 people, which makes it the perfect hideaway for big families!

As well as the bedrooms, the house features a well equipped kitchen, complete with an electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and more, so you can cook all the meals you'll need while you're away with us!

Please report to Reception on arrival between 3pm - 8pm where you will be shown to your accommodation. Alternatively you can Self Check in, your booking hub will show you an image of your front door and using what3words will give you the exact location of the front door of your accommodation. Access to the key will be via SECURE SMS sent to the mobile number you supplied at the time of booking - Please make sure we have the correct mobile number for you.

Our Local Attractions

We are fortunate to be in a fantastic location for exploring the local area. We are only a few minutes from the beach and further, along the West Norfolk Coast, you can visit lots of quiet beaches. In nearby Hunstanton, the whole family can enjoy the beachfront amusements, funfair, bowling alley and bandstand concerts on the green. You can also explore the town’s parks and garden or visit Hunstanton Sea Life Sanctuary where you can see an amazing collection of sea creatures. Further attractions in the area include:

The Norfolk Coast is a very dog-friendly place to visit, with many establishments allowing dogs and providing water for them. Many of our beaches allow dogs all year round, with a few having restrictions from Easter to Halloween. Heacham South Beach has miles and miles of open sand for your dog to run free, with shallow waters for paddling, we also have a handy dog wash for you to shower down after all your fun at the beach. You can also visit other seaside locations, like Wells next the Sea, Blakeney Point, Cley, Sheringham, and more! There are so many walks, places to visit and historical landmarks, with water sports, cultural events and great independent shops and eateries, there really IS something for everyone.
