Well Cottage is a traditional Norfolk flint and brick holiday cottage which offers superb self catering accommodation in the pretty Norfolk village of Binham. Our property is ideal for a couple or a small family who are looking for a relaxing break away.

The cottage is cosy and comfortable and sleeps up to 3 people. There is a double and a single bedroom and a cot can also be provided on request. Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival.

A well equipped kitchen will suit all your needs. The relaxing lounge has Freeview TV, plenty of books about the area, DVD’s and lots of games to enjoy.

Outside of the cottage is a patio area, providing guests with an extra place to relax.

Binham is a small and friendly village surrounded by fields of arable and dairy farming. It is situated between Wells-next-the-Sea and Holt. There are many links golf courses to enjoy, including the Royal West Norfolk at Brancaster and our location makes us ideal for those who enjoy water sport activities. Plenty of opportunities to sail area available. If you do bring your own boat we can store it in a secure barn on our farm.

It wouldn't be a trip to North Norfolk without exploring one or all of the great beaches; a few of my favourites being Brancaster, Wells and Holkham. With miles of beautiful sand, whether you are looking to entertain the kids, walk the dogs or just enjoy a romantic stroll you can't leave without feeling the sand between your toes.
