Grasswells Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in unspoilt countryside, only four miles from the Lincolnshire coast.

The cottages are in a single storey barn conversion and offer spacious, comfortable and well equipped accommodation. With full central heating the cottages are available all year. Both have modern bathrooms equipped with shower and razor points. You will also find colour TV with digital box on hand should you need it. The kitchen is equipped with all the things you would expect to find for your convenience from a toaster to a microwave. To make your stay as comfortable as possible bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels and tea towels. We provide a welcome pack for your arrival - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter or margarine, loaf of bread, biscuits, eggs and bacon – relax with a cuppa before you unpack!

This cottage was converted from an open Victorian Cart Bay and is named after the many families of beautiful summer visitors who can still be seen swooping around the courtyard on summer evenings. The cottage still retains the original beams. It has a fitted kitchen and two bedrooms, one-double and one-twin. The larger bedroom can easily accommodate another single bed or cot – both are available on request.

This cottage was formerly the granary and stable and now has a lovely outlook through the French doors, over lawns and toward the farmland beyond. It also features a modern kitchen and two bedrooms, one-double and one-twin. The lounge/diner features two comfortable sofas on which to unwind and relax after a day 'out & about'.

The two, well appointed, cottages are set in three acres of grounds so guests can relax and enjoy their stay. It is an ideal base to explore the many attractions of the surrounding local area including our own small, private lake for guests to fish. The cottages are located near to the rural village of South Cockerington just 4 miles from the Lincolnshire coast.
