Accommodation

Our stunning holiday home is ideal for a spontaneous breakaway. There is a main double bedroom, a second bedroom with 3 beds and a third single bedroom. Downstairs is a twin room with en suite shower facilities & seperate toilet. This room is perfect for those with limited or reduced mobility.

A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet is also available. The property benefits from having a charming lounge with an open fireplace, a large refractory table, TV and CD player. There is a ground floor double bedroom with washbasin and separate loo. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all the appliances expected of high quality accommodation.

Outside is a small glass fronted porch which is excellent for relaxing with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Visiting Sandilands & Exploring Lincolnshire

Situated in the quiet village of Sandilands this is an idyllic location for a getaway type of holiday. The larger village of Sutton on Sea is within walking distance and provides good old fashioned hospitality. The village shop, hotel and golf course are all within walking distance making this house much sought after in a pretty seaside village.
