The Chicken Shed offers outstanding self catering on the side of Pendle Hill near Clitheroe. Our industrial-chic converted barn is perfect for a memorable stay in Lancashire.

Accommodation

Our boutique holiday home sleeps up to 2 people, perfect for a romantic getaway. The house is finished to the highest standard and surrounded by farm pasture.

We used original barn stones, plus beams and former structural parts from Knowlde Top to provide luxury accommodation. Inside there is a spacious open plan living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a range of appliances.

The bedroom comes with a comfy bed and features a high ceiling. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and you can soak yourself in the free-standing bath.

Outside we have a private patio with garden furniture, offering a great spot to relax whilst savouring the stunning views.

Visiting Pendleton & Exploring Lancashire

We are in a great position for exploring the area. The Yorkshire Dales is only 20 minutes away and the town of Clitheroe is 5 minutes down the hill. Locally there are lots of beautiful walking and cycling routes to enjoy. Attractions to visit whilst staying with us include:

Whalley Abbey East Gatehouse.
Lancaster Castle.
Owl & Bird Of Prey Sanctuary.
