Our properties are all beautifully furnished and come with everything you need for a tranquil getaway in a scenic setting. All the properties come with cosy living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

The Byre:


Our 2-bedroom property is stylishly furnished and comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The property boasts oak floors and hand-built stone walls and modern furnishings. Inside there is a living room with a toasty wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, full oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Upstairs there is a master king en suite room with a lavish roll-top bath. A twin room comes with an en suite shower room. Outside there is a south-facing decked terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco dining whilst savouring the views.

Baltinna East:


The Baltinnas are a pair of adjoining lodges that have been designed by acclaimed Scottish architects to offer high-quality accommodation. The lodges each sleep 2 and are brimming with natural light. The double-height living room comes with a wood-burning stove and oak floors, whilst the open plan kitchen/dining area is great for home cooking, with a dishwasher, washing machine, full oven, hob, microwave, freezer and fridge provided. Catch your favourite show in front of the Freesat TV. On the first floor there king room with striking wooden beams. Downstairs a contemporary wet room is available. Outside there is a small sitting area, great for a coffee in the afternoon sun.

Baltinna West:


Our lodge is bursting with character and comes with a roaring wood burner, sheepskin rungs and oak floors, with the spectacular Monadhliath mountains behind the village as a backdrop. Downstairs there is a lovely open plan space to unwind in, including a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, full oven, microwave, hob and fridge-freezer. Unwind the cosy living/dining area which includes a Freesat TV and comfy seating. Upstairs there is a magnificent roll-top bath in the master king room. A separate shower room is also available. Outside there is an enclosed partially decked front garden.

The Bakehouse:


This property dates from 1900 and has been sympathetically restored to offer high-quality accommodation. Inside there is an open plan living room/kitchen-diner. The living area has a large wall-mounted TV with Freeview, whilst the fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, full oven, microwave, double induction hob and fridge-freezer. A large double bedroom and a comfy sofa bed are available. Outside there is a small, decked area for al fresco dining.

Apartment 2 Caman House:


Our first-floor apartment has been beautifully renovated from a Victorian building. The lounge enjoys glorious hill views and comes with a TV/DVD player. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, full oven and induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave etc. Two attractive bedrooms are available, a double and a twin room. Both rooms share a large shower room.

Visiting Newtonmore & Exploring Inverness-shire


We are based in the centre of Newtonmore, making us the ideal base for exploring the area. Only a 2-minute walk away are pubs, whilst cafes across the road offer delicious food. There’s also a well-stocked Co-op supermarket, post office, pharmacy, barbers, Tweed shop, gift shop and hotel bars. Attractions to visit include:
