Sturt Farm offers self catering accommodation near the market town of Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire. The self catering cottage in Wickwar dates back from the 17th Century and still retains much of its original character.
The farmhouse is spacious and can sleep up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms, with a downstairs bedroom and shower room making the property suitable for people with limited mobility. All the beds are singles and have duvets and pillows. The bathroom is upstairs and a shower room and two further toilets are situated on the ground floor.
The kitchen contains an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a full range of crockery and cutlery. The large pine kitchen table can seat up to 12. A large enclosed garden with garden chairs and a barbecue are available
A log burner is in the comfortable main sitting room which contains a TV, DVD player and payphone. The house is fully centrally heated and prices include all fuel costs.
Many attractions are worth visiting such as Cheddar Caves and Wookey Hole Caves which offer a fun day out for all for all of the family. Guests who love animals will love to visit Bristol Zoo where there are numerous animals to meet and learn about. The zoo also has places where you can buy food and drink. For those who want to do some retail therapy we are within easy reach of the city of Bath where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
