Aylsham Windmill has been converted into luxurious self catering accommodation for 6 people. The holiday accommodation is situated on the outskirts of the historic market town of Aylsham in Norfolk.
The holiday accommodation is on 4 floors linked by normal domestic stairs.
Ground floor: entrance hall leading to utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Separate cloakroom.
First floor: Beamed open plan living area with fitted kitchen, fully equipped and with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker and hob. Lounge has two sofas, dining table and 6 chairs, TV with digital Freeview, DVD/VCR player, radio/CD/tape player. Hearth with wood burner effect gas fire.
Second floor: Two bedrooms, one double one twin sharing a ‘Jack and Jill’ en suite shower room.
Third floor: Double bedroom ( king size) with en suite bath and shower room.
There are 2 further floors which are not accessible to guests.
The self catering property has full gas central heating. Private walled patio garden with garden furniture and gas barbeque.
Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Aylsham set within the beautiful Norfolk countryside, Aylsham Windmill is the perfect location for a relaxing stay in North Norfolk. Also with easy access to Norwich and the Norfolk Broads.

The welcome pack they provided was above & beyond what was expected and was thoroughly enjoyed by us. The accommodation is comfortable and quite spacious, even with five of us staying. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We didn’t have time to visit much of the surrounding area, but would recommend Blinkling Hall which is a comfortable walk away. We also visited Cromer for a breath of sea air a browse round the many independent shops. Would definitely recommend this special location."

It is a beautifully restored property which is comfortable, relaxing and special! Everything has been carefully considered and the attention to detail enables you as guests to compketely relax. Tim and Janet are wonderful hosts, the welcome gifts were delicious and the information on cycle routes and walking facilities were brilliant! We absolutely recommend this fabulous place!"

A lovely welcome was received from Janet and Tim and the additional treats (coffee, prosecco, chocolate and cake) was a nice surprise. We stayed for 3 nights in their cosy windmill, where we were able to easily the visit the coast and Norwich. Supermarket with easy reach and Aylsham centre was walkable. A number of independent shops and cafés. A lovely stay, would highly recommend. "

The hosts were friendly, helpful and charming and there was a lovely range of welcome treats for our arrival. The windmill is an easy walk of the town centre where there are a range of shops, restaurants & pubs. I would highly recommend this very unique and comfortable home."
