There are 4 holiday cottages to chose from:

Granary – sleeps 4

Granary can accommodate both young families and for those requiring level accessible accommodation. It has plenty of space to move around with no steps or thresholds. The large patio windows in the sitting room open out on to an enclosed garden giving superb views across the valley. Here you can relax on the wooden garden furniture and enjoy the sights and sounds of the countryside.

Granary has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with 2 foot 6inch beds. The living area of the holiday cottage is open plan with a breakfast bar separating the living room from the well planned, fully fitted kitchen. Granary also has an accessible shower room and bathroom suitable for families and wheelchair users.

There’s everything you would expect from 4 star accommodation including microwave, dishwasher, digital television, DVD player and WiFi.

Cider Barrel – sleeps 4 adults + 2 children

Cider Barrel is a two storey newly renovated holiday cottage with a large open plan living area downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. A double room, a double/twin and a twin room upstairs. There is also be a modern family bathroom, with seperate shower.

Large patio style double doors in the sitting room open out to the gardens revealing excellent views across the valley. There’s a comfortable garden table and bench making the garden a great place for those summer BBQ’s.

Hay Loft – sleeps 2 adults

Hayloft is the perfect holiday cottage to accommodate a couple that love a more contemporary style.
The living area with its deep sofas is divided from the modern well planned oak kitchen and dining area. There’s plenty of space and when you’re not out and about you can settle in front of the large digital colour TV and pop your favourite film into the DVD player.

Hay Loft offers a double/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with roll top bath and shower plus a separate toilet.

The Inglenook – sleeps 2 ( + cot)

The Inglenook is a delightful holiday cottage alongside the farmhouse. It has a real country farmhouse feel with its ancient bread oven and inglenook fireplace. The bedroom either offers a spacious super king or can be configured as a twin. The cottage has a separate kitchen overlooking the fields.

The property is graded as 4 star with a microwave, dishwasher, a digital television, DVD player and WiFi.

Parking is available close to the property.

Honiton and the Jurassic Coast are close by and you’ll have the chance to explore the regency town of Sidmouth and enjoy Lyme Regis. mallicombe makes an ideal base to explore this lovely part of Devon, you’re sure to discover a wealth of heritage and history.

Rates: £155 to £2500 per week depending on season.
