Valhalla offers fabulous self catering accommodation in the village of Helmsdale Sutherland. Our accommodation is the perfect base for anybody wanting to explore the outstanding natural beauty of North Scotland and a range of attractions in Sutherland.

Accommodation

We are the ideal place to escape to from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The lounge offers a 40" LCD TV with Freesat, a DVD player, wood burning stove and a range of family games and DVDs.

The kitchen is fully equipped offering everything you will need during your self catering holiday including the following:

Dishwasher.
Hob.
Oven.
Microwave.
Tumble dryer.
Washing machine.
Fridge.
Freezer.

There is also a dining room table and a TV with Freeview located in the kitchen.

The self catering cottage offers accommodation for up to nine people. One bedroom is located downstairs with a king size bed and the second bedroom has a super king size bed that can be made into two single beds if needed. Bedroom three offers a king size bed and an additional pull out mattress if needed. The final bedroom has two single beds.

There are a total of three bathrooms, downstairs there is a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom where there is a WC and wash hand basin. There is also another bathroom downstairs with a shower, WC and wash basin. Upstairs there is a full size bathroom with an electric shower, WC, full size bath and wash basin.

Visiting Helmsdale & Exploring Sutherland

The local area offers the opportunities for guests to do a range of activities including fishing, hiking and golf. There are stunning views in the area from the spectacular cliffs to the beautiful beaches. The area also offers fascinating archaeological remains and historic houses and museums to visit. Superb attractions to visit include:

Short breaks available minimum 4 night stays from £550.
