With designer wallpaper and hand-painted murals throughout, this is a retreat for those who appreciate beauty, creativity and a touch of artistic charm.

The living area is centred around deep leather sofas and a wood-burning stove, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The modern kitchen encourages creativity and meals can be shared around the welcoming dining table. The master bedroom, located upstairs, offers expansive views across to the South Downs. With a canopied ceiling and rich fabrics, it’s a beautifully inviting space and stepping out onto the balcony allows you to fully soak in the peaceful surroundings. Downstairs, there is a cosy double room featuring timber beams and woodland wallpaper, while another alcove double bed, tucked behind curtains for privacy, lies beneath a hand-painted night sky mural, perfect for drifting off under the stars.
Two stylish bathrooms, each with walk-in showers and elegant fittings add a luxurious touch to the cottage.

Outside, Fern Lodge boasts a large, enclosed garden that is dog-friendly and perfect for socialising. A lawn and decking area offer outdoor sofas and swing seats, while the hot tub invites you and your friends to unwind under the open sky. You can grill delicious meals on the BBQ or gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows and share stories as the sun sets. A gate in the garden opens onto a wildlife meadow where you might spot deer, rabbits, owls and pheasants. Next to the lodge, there is allocated parking for three cars, making your stay as convenient as it is relaxing.

Fern Lodge is situated just a short drive from the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering endless opportunities for walking, cycling, boating, or scenic countryside drives to charming pubs in picturesque villages. Explore the beautiful waterside village of Bosham, the historic city of Chichester, or attend glamorous events at Goodwood. Spend relaxing days on the famous sandy beaches of West Wittering or enjoy a drink at one of Sussex’s award-winning vineyards, including Ashling Park, just a short walk from the lodge.
