Lower Ground Floor

The beach room features Travertine marble floors and tiles, offering everything you need to rinse and hang wetsuits and store beach gear. It includes a Belfast sink, hanging rail, surfboard storage and shelving for boots. The Utility cupboard has a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The en-suite twin bedroom at the rear has two 3’ beds (convertible to a super king), a digital TV, hairdryer, and ample storage. The en-suite shower room is fully tiled in Travertine marble and includes a large shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The en-suite double bedroom faces the sea with French doors opening to the patio. It features a super king bed (or two 3’ singles), a digital TV and hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail, all fully tiled in Travertine marble.

Ground Floor

The entrance hall provides level access from the rear parking area, with a lobby for the stairs, coat hooks and a shoe rack, leading to an accessible shower room fully tiled in Travertine marble, featuring a large shower, marble wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and LED mirror.

A twin bedroom at the rear has two 3’ beds (convertible to a super king), window seats, digital TV, hairdryer and ample storage. The ground-floor en-suite double bedroom offers sea views, a super king bed (or two singles), French doors, digital TV, hairdryer and plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom is tiled in Travertine marble, with a bath/shower, WC, bidet and heated towel rail.

First Floor

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area offers stunning beach and sea views with access to the balcony. The fully-equipped oak kitchen features granite worktops, an electric range cooker, microwave, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and more. An 8-seater Italian designer table allows for group dining, while the L-shaped sofa and leather chair provide a cosy spot by the log-burning stove (wood supplied). For entertainment, there’s a 32” digital TV with a sound bar, woofer and DVD player.

Outside

The seaside setting makes outdoor living irresistible and we’ve created the perfect space for it. The first-floor balcony features an eight-seater table with designer chairs, while the lower-ground slate terrace includes a built-in barbecue and slate seating. There is a second set of outdoor table & chairs on the deck area at the end of the lawn so that you can enjoy the views and the amazing sunsets. There are also two sun loungers, a small lawn, a decked area with glass balustrade and outdoor lighting. There is off-road parking for two cars, with additional free on-road parking available in front.
