Accommodation

Our uncivilly styled lodges sleeps 2 – 6 guests and come equipped to a high standard, perfect for a family holiday or romantic break.

You can choose from one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom lodges. We also have deluxe one-bedroom lodges that offer that added bit of luxury.

All our lodges come with open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The kitchens come with a range of appliances, including some with a Tassimo coffee machine. In the living area, there is a TV, Bluetooth speaker and log burner. The bedroom has a TV and there are lavish bathrooms. We provide linen, towels, robes and slippers.

Outside each lodge, there is a decking area with seating and a hot tub to soak yourself in.

We can provide additional extras for special occasions, including bubbles and chocolates, local produce welcome packs, flower bouquets and balloons.

Visting Hawkshead & Exploring Cumbria

We are ideal for enjoying lots of beautiful scenery, including Lake Coniston and Lake Windemere. Walk to Grizedale Forest and have fun at Go Ape. Esthwaite Water is well stocked for fishing and horse riding can be enjoyed locally. Attractions to visit include:
