Folkards Farm Cottages offers outstanding self catering accommodation only 2 miles from the market town of Reepham, Our two single-storey cottages in Norfolk are 10 miles from the city of Norwich and within 30 minutes from lots of gorgeous beaches.

Partridge Lodge

Our lodge sleeps up to 4 people and is great for a family or group holiday.

We have an open plan living area to suit all your needs. The lounge has comfy seating, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a DAB radio with Bluetooth and a window that offers field views.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a low level electric oven and hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher and under-counter fridge with ice box. In the games room, there is an additional freezer. Patio doors open to a private decking area with a hot tub, and then a dining area with an oval extending table.

There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower cubicle including a drench head and handheld shower.

Outside we have a front patio and panel fenced garden with a decking space including an outdoor rattan table set with a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining. A hot tub is only available March to October.

Pheasant Lodge

This lodge sleeps up to 4 people and enjoys fabulous views.

Bedrooms include a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a twin bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle including a drench head and handheld shower.

Outside there is a front patio and a panel fenced garden with a rattan table set with a charcoal BBQ. Private hot tub with parasol for rainy days.

Both cottages share a games room with a full-size snooker table, table tennis, darts, table football, a retro games console and a cupboard full of children’s games.

At the front of the cottage is an easterly facing patio, perfect for breakfast outside and that morning coffee

To the rear, a fenced patio garden area with a charcoal bbq for alfresco dining. The fence is over 6ft so dog secure and private.

Visiting Reepham & Exploring Norfolk

We are close to the town of Reepham, home to pubs, a local market, cafes and shops. Visit Norwich and its famous cathedral or enjoy the beautiful walks around the Norfolk Broads. Visit the Norwich Theatre Royal or explore the Sainsbury Centre. Attractions to visit include:

Roarr Dinosaur adventure.
Holkham Hall.
Pensthorpe Nature Centre.
Norfolk broads.
