Accommodation

Our cottage was once the house of the head gardener for Worstead House and now offers modern comforts blended with original character.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance porch, a living room, central hall, library, kitchen/breakfast room and utility room.

The first floor has 1 king en suite, 1 twin en suite that can be made as a super king, 1 king and 1 bathroom.

Facilities include a smart TV, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and log burner or fireplace. Bath towels and hand towels are provided.

Outside there is a walled garden with a lawn, a games room, a patio dining area and a gas BBQ. You can soak yourself in the 6-person hot tub. There is 300 acres of parkland and woodland that you are welcome to enjoy.

On the estate, we offer a range of activities and experiences, including mind and wellbeing classes, archery, horse riding, axe throwing and much more.

Visting Smallburgh & Exploring Norfolk

We are in a great location for exploring lots of attractions in the area. In nearby Walsham, there are shops, restaurants, cafes and a weekly market. Visit the RSPB bird reserves or enjoy walking along one of the beautiful footpaths or bridleways in the area. Attractions to visit include:
