Field Barn offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Checkley. We are based in a gorgeous countryside setting near Hereford, the Wye Valley and Malvern Hills, perfect for a rural getaway in Herefordshire.

Accommodation

Our converted barn offers luxurious interiors and a range of quality facilities. We are surrounded by farmland and offer countryside views.

Inside we have an open plan living area with seating, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a TV, and the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, combi oven with microwave and washer dryer. The dining table seats 4.

The bedroom comes with a super king-size Hypnos bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, basin and WC. All bed linen is included.

Outside we have a fully fenced patio garden and covered seating area, offering a great spot for a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. There is a log burner and BBQ.

Visting Checkley & Exploring Herefordshire

Only 8 miles from us is the city of Hereford where you find lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions. A range of activities can be enjoyed locally, including cycling, walking, fishing, golfing, hiking, horse riding, karting and pony trekking. Attractions to visit include:

Brecon Mountain Railway.
Newbridge Farm Park.
Haugh Woods.
Brecon Beacons.
