Accommodation

Our charming townhouse offers modern comforts and high-quality facilities, perfect for a special break in a gorgeous part of the country. The house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor is a fantastic games room for all the family. You’ll find wall puzzles, wooden mini bowling, hoopla, safety darts and a football table. Stairs lead to the open plan living/dining area which includes a large bow window that takes advantage of the spectacular views of Windermere Lake and the surrounding mountains. Relax on the comfy seating in front of the smart TV with additional apps provided and DVD player.

The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob with an extractor fan. Enjoy a lovely home-prepared meal at the dining table which seats up to 6 people. The first floor also houses a family shower room.

On the second floor are 3 bedrooms: a king, zip and link which can be a twin or super king and double room. The king room has a vanity basin and enjoys lovely views over the garden, the twin room looks over the water and mountains and the third bedroom enjoys views over the lake and countryside. All the rooms share a family bathroom with a contemporary shower over the bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside there is a private patio with a BBQ and garden furniture for 6. A door also leads from the dining area to a spacious decking area with additional seating. The perfect place for a glass of wine whilst admiring the breathtaking view.

Visiting Windermere & Exploring Cumbria

Windermere has lots to see and do for all. In town, you will find a brilliant range of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Graze Café is a great choice for a tasty brunch and ChoccoBar’s offers some indulgent treats. You can wander around the South Lakes and take in the gorgeous surroundings. Head to Bowness see stunning landscape and visit Blackwell House, a beautifully restored Arts and Crafts House. Further attractions to visit include:
