We are pleased to be able to offer guests a rural haven, that includes the best of farmhouse style accommodation, along with modern amenities and facilities. Indulge in the luxury of a magnificent open plan living space, cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen, dine in style around the beautiful dining table or head off to the games room and enjoy a round of table tennis.Every detail has been thought about to ensure an enjoyable stay is had by all who stay at Diamonds Laggan. Amenities and facilities include:

Three double rooms with zip/link beds. Please advise when booking if you require twin.
En suite facilities and a gorgeous bathroom with a freestanding bath.

Outside is a large, enclosed lawn. This provides a space where all guests can relax. Onsite, there is plenty of things to keep a family entertained for days. The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful views of the unspoilt countryside and set in the Galloway Hills. There are 18 miles of picturesque walks on the estate and route maps are provided to ensure you can make the most of your time here. Fishing is available on site, on request too, so please do let us know when booking if you would like to try your hand at fishing.

The Barwhillanty Estate is a 5000 acre estate, in the beautiful Galloway Hills. The estate provides a place where you can escape from the noise of modern day living. As well as providing plenty of walking opportunities, the estate and the surrounding area also has:Golf courses.

Horse riding.
Cycling (both road and mountain biking – this is the famous 7Stanes country).
If arts and culture are a passion, a quick glance at the surroundings will see exactly why the region has inspired so many artists, writers and craftsmen, from the artist’s town of Kirkcudbright, to the region’s infamous Spring Fling festival, amongst many other events that take place all year round. The food town of Castle Douglas is 7 miles away with everything that could be needed, plus a little more!
