The Yards Cottage

The house is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The recently refurbished upstairs family bathroom now includes a shower enclosure, replacing the original bath, while the downstairs cloakroom offers a WC and washbasin. There are three bedrooms, a king size bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

Private parking is available and the enclosed, child-friendly garden at the back features a summerhouse and patio, perfect for outdoor enjoyment.

For stays of one week or longer, bed linen and towels are provided. For shorter rentals, bed linen is not included. BT Broadband WiFi is also installed.

Local Area

Kingsbarns is ideally situated for St Andrews which is just 6 miles away. This area of Fife is often referred to as a golfers paradise with over 10 courses in the immediate area. Kingsbarns Links should be high on your list of must play courses as well as the famous Old Course at St. Andrews! The village is also ideal for family holidays with a spectacular beach and the Fife Coastal Path just 10 minutes walk from the house.
