Summary

Doles Ash Farm is an 18th Century manor house set on 12 acres of Piddle Valley in the Dorset village of Piddletrenthide. This is a family-run complex which provides 7 self catering cottages, the largest sleeping 11 people. The cottages are in an ideal location for exploring Dorchester, Dorset and the beautiful landscape.

Holiday Cottages

The cottages are all well-appointed and each has an outdoor area and free Wi-Fi. All cottages include the following:

Dedicated parking area (guests may drop off on arrival outside the cottage but for the safety of others we ask cars to park in the parking area).
Welcome pack.
Fully fitted kitchens with dishwashers (fox cottage does not have a dishwasher), fridge/freezer and microwave.
Lounge and dining area with TV and DVD player (DVD selection available).
Wood burning stoves in all cottages.
All bed linen and towels are provided (beds will be made up prior to your arrival).
Travel cots and highchairs available by request.
All electricity is included in the cottage hire price.

Facilities

The complex offers many facilities for guests including an indoor heated swimming pool, games room, tennis court, laundry room, fenced pond and an outdoor playing field.

Visiting Piddletrenthide & Exploring Doreset

The cottages are surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful countryside which is ideal for walking and cycling. There are also many interesting attractions, villages and towns such as Dorchester Tutankhamen Exhibition, Dinosaur Museum, Minterne Gardens, Sherborne Castle, Weymouth Sealife Centre and Fleet Air Arm Museum.

Rates: £350 to £1700 per week depending on season and unit.
Minimum 2 nights stay from £150.
Maximum of 11 people in the largest property.
The Huntsman and Groom can be hired together.
Children are welcome.
Pets are allowed. 1 dog welcome per cottage.
