Laurie’s End is a welcoming 1930s end-of-terrace townhouse in the heart of Wimborne, Dorset. Set on a quiet residential street, it’s just a five-minute walk from the historic centre of Wimborne Minster, making it an ideal base for exploring this charming market town.

The comfortable lounge features a recliner sofa, swivel chair, TV with Freeview, Amazon Firestick and a stereo with CD player. There is fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the house and guests can enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fire, with wood provided, in addition to standard gas central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils, as well as a CD player and radio. A dining room with a table and four chairs provides a pleasant space for meals.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, drawers and a curtained wardrobe. The second bedroom can be set up with a single bed or with twin beds. The downstairs shower room includes a power shower, hand basin and toilet.

Outside, guests can relax in a private garden with a patio, umbrella and outdoor seating. There is also a shed for bike storage. Towels, bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided and a washing machine is available for use.

Just a short stroll from the property, you’ll find a large Waitrose supermarket and the many attractions of Wimborne Minster, including its historic church, Chain Library, Model Town, Tivoli Theatre and the Museum of East Dorset. Guests can spend the day relaxing, exploring rock pools and even learning to surf. Any guests who enjoy cycling can try out the National Cycle Network route 25 to National Trust Kingston Lacy.
