The Granary is a luxury converted barn which offers award-winning 4 star Gold Visit England accommodation just outside of Taunton, set amidst beautiful Somerset countryside by the village of Wrantage. We are located on a working cider farm, with footpaths leading to country pubs within walking distance. Located on main walking and cycle routes, you can enjoy countryside walks across the lush fields and walks on the wonderful East Deane Way. The cottage comes with a private hot tub in an enclosed garden. We are close to Vivary Park in Taunton, Exmoor Lyme Regis, Exeter and Bristol.

About The Granary

Our delightful cottage offers wonderful accommodation in a scenic setting. The cottage is elegantly furnished and well-equipped to suit all your needs.

Inside there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living space to suit all your needs. The cosy lounge has a sofa, original features and a TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooking and you can enjoy some delicious meals around the dining table.

On the second floor, there is a room with a king and single bed including en suite facilities and a double en suite room.

Outside there is a lovely, enclosed garden and patio, great for a coffee in the morning sun. Soak away your troubles in the luxurious hot tub.

Visiting Wrantage & Exploring Somerset

A range of brilliant attractions can be enjoyed in Taunton, home to a delightful steam railway, wonderful garden and a famous cider farm and centre and. The Museum of Somerset lies within the 12th century Taunton Castle and offers an interesting glimpse into prehistoric times to the present day, whilst The Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre offers a brilliant programme of shows and performances The town is great for shopping, with a range of high street names and independent shops available.
