The house boasts a quiet outdoor seating area at the rear, a paved patio, and a front garden with spectacular views over the town and surrounding hills, providing excellent walks from the doorstep in all directions.

Local Area

Hawes is right at the heart of the Yorkshire Dales and makes a great place from which to explore the surrounding Dales. The house is handy for the local shops, pubs, tea rooms and craft shops as it's only 500 yards from the market place.

Hawes is a small thriving market town in Upper Wensleydale and is one of the honey pot attractions of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Every Tuesday is market day when the town is bustling with locals and visitors alike stocking up with all manner of goods. The town lies in the path of the Pennine Way which is hugely popular with walkers from all over the world. Nearby is Hardraw Force which is England’s highest single drop waterfall and Aysgarth falls, a well known beauty spot.
