Summary

Bevan House offers wonderful self catering accommodation set in delightful Welsh countryside in the village of Hundred House near Llandrindod Wells in Powys. The self catering accommodation is five miles from the Royal Welsh showground and eleven miles from the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye.

Accommodation

Our lovely property sleeps up to 7 people and is the perfect place to relax from the pressures of modern life. All the rooms include a smart TV.

The living room has a smart TV and a DVD player There is a log burner so that the room is really cosy in Winter. A perfect place to stretch out and relax! The window overlooks the front garden making the room light and airy throughout the year. The dining room looks out over the front garden. It has a parkray fire and a dark wood dining suite for six people.

There is a kitchen and utility room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, freezer and washer/drier. There is plenty of storage space and drying facilities in the utility room.

The main bedroom is at the front of the house and has a super king-sized zip and link bed allowing for maximum versatility in sleeping arrangements. There is a television which has a separate feed giving users their own programme choice. The bedroom overlooks fields and hills beyond.

The second bedroom is at the back of the house and has a king-size zip and link bed. It overlooks the fields of nearby Bryncoch Farm. The third bedroom has an attractive set of wooden bunk beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It is on the upstairs floor of the house. There are also toilet facilities downstairs, together with cloakroom space for outdoor clothes and footwear.

Outside there is a decked area with a hot tub with jets and lights and can seat 6 guests. The perfect place to relax after a day walking or sightseeing around the Elan Valley Dams. Facilities also include a BBQ and bike storage.

Local Area

We are nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a great base for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park. The Hundred House Inn is within easy walking distance and serves excellent food. Walking, cycling, exploring fascinating towns, enjoying nature at its unspoilt best, or simply relaxing - there is something for everyone!
