Burnside Park offers luxurious quality self catering accommodation in Bowness-on-Windermere. Our resort has beautiful gardens and lots of facilities for guests to use. Only a short walk from us is Lake Windermere and we are in a great location for exploring Cumbria.

Accommodation

Our resort has a range of high-quality cottages and apartments available. All our accommodation is tastefully furnished and finished to a high standard to suit all your needs.

The cottages sleep up to 6 people and come with a range of excellent facilities, including cosy living areas, well-equipped kitchens with a Nespresso coffee machine, comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms. All bed linen and towels are provided.

We also have a variety of apartments available. All the apartments offer quality furnishings and sleep up to 6 people. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, living areas, comfy bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms.

All our guests have access to a variety of facilities, including a guest lounge, children’s play area/family area, laundry facilities, health club facilities and a reduced green fee for golf.

Visiting Bowness-on-Windermere & Exploring Cumbria

We are ideally located for exploring the Lake District, the largest national park in England, home to beaches, lakes and villages. You can visit historic Muncaster Castle or visit Brantwood House, home to a collection of art treasures. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
