Accommodation

Our charming cottage is tastefully furnished and suitable for people with limited mobility, with a ground floor bedroom and bathroom available. We can add a portable ramp.

We have two lovely bedrooms. The upper bedroom has twin beds and the lower bedroom has a double. Next to the double bedroom, there is a modern shower room and next to the twin there is a modern bathroom.

On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen/diner and a spacious lounge to relax in. French windows open to a delightful walled patio to relax in during the summer months.

Linen, mattresses, duvets and pillows have protective undercovers and bed linen is included in the rental cost of the cottage. The beds are made up prior to your arrival and fresh linen is provided weekly. A bath towel and a hand towel per person are included in the rental cost. However, if you prefer to bring your own towels and tea towels a reduction of £10.00 per person per week is given.

Visiting Wells-next-the-Sea & Exploring Norfolk

The town has little streets with inns, restaurants and shops to enjoy. One mile from the quay is a sandy beach lined with colourful beach huts. The North Norfolk area is also a great area for bird watching, sailing, sail-boarding, boating, sketching, painting and walking. Attractions to visit include:

Holkham Hall and Estate.
Walsingham Abbey.
Thursford Steam Engine Museum.
Sandringham House and Estate.
Oxborough Hall.
