They are based in the spiritual town of Glastonbury at the foot of the famous Glastonbury Tor and make a fantastic retreat for people that are looking to visit the West Country and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Old Stables

A single storey unit providing self catering accommodation on one level for up to 4 adults with a king size bed in a semi private sleeping area and a further double size bed settee in the lounge area together with a TV with Freeview, and a DVD player. Hard wired internet access in the cottage and Wi-Fi.

The Wheelwright's Workshop

A former workshop with a gallery bedroom looking out through original medieval roof beams to the open plan living area below. With a king size bed in the gallery bedroom with views to the Glastonbury Tor, this cottage sleeps 2 people.

The Stick House Cottage

Currently the largest of our available Cottages, The Stickhouse Cottage has been formed in the centre section of a rebuilt medieval barn retaining the charm of a vaulted ceiling with the original Roof Trusses exposed as a feature. This accommodation comprises a gallery bedroom with a king size bed, a second double bedroom on the ground floor and an adjacent shower room and WC, allowing a total of up to 4 persons accommodated.

Gerties House

An ideal hideaway for couples who are looking for that special luxury break. This holiday cottage has a gallery bedroom and king size bed with a sumptuous memory foam mattress, Downstairs in the living room there is a small double sofa bed which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children. There is under floor central heating and living flame electric fire against the gable living room wall, with open plan designed lounge/kitchen diner under the feature exposed medieval roof beams.

Local Area

It is only a short walk to the Famous Glastonbury Tor with the Tor Bus passing close by every 30 minutes (April to October) and being only 1 mile from the centre of Glastonbury makes this an easily accessible and ideally situated cottage for your holiday base. There is shopping available nearby at the famous Clarks Village and the market city of Wells is only a short drive away.

Rates: From £400 to £750 per week depending on cottage and season. Minimum 3 night stay.
Maximum of 4 people in The Old Stables and Stickhouse, Gerties house can sleep up to 4 (see notes on sofa bed) and Wheelwrights is ideal for 2.
