Accommodation

Our wonderful house is based in a glorious setting, great for family or group getaway. The house sleeps up to 16 people in 7 bedrooms, including 5 en suite bedrooms. In total, there are 6 bathrooms and a downstairs cloak room toilet.

Inside there are two living rooms, each with toasty wood burners and smart TVs. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a breakfast bar, electric cooker, electric Range, microwave, fridge, wine cooler, dishwasher and coffee machine. A games room also comes with a pool table.

Bedrooms consist of 1 Eastern super king (2mx2m), 4 super kings (2mx1.8m), 2 doubles (1.4mx1.8m) and 4 singles (1mx1.8m). All the rooms come with en suite facilities.

Outside there is a large private south facing garden with both a gas and charcoal BBQ as well as a terrace and picnic tables. There is a shared swimming pool and hot tub.

Visiting Littleham & Exploring Devon

Bideford is a lovely town to explore and you can also walk along the southwest coastal path, plus the Tarka Trail, both great for admiring the natural landscape. Fishing is available nearby at Jennetts Reservoir. Great attractions to visit include:
