Unwind in the cosy living area that has a 48’’ Panasonic 3D TV with Free Sat channels and a Blue Ray DVD player, along with a wood-burning stove for those chilly days. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: a range cooker with induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, De Longhi-Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, and an American-style fridge freezer with ice maker. There is also a TV and DVD player, iPod/iPad docking station with DAB radio.

A u utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Situated off the hallway is a cloakroom WC. French doors from the kitchen open onto the delightful courtyard, offering a great spot for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Shaldon is a small fishing village which has two beaches and a lovely village green providing a most attractive setting for your holiday.
