The Lawns No.5 has a south facing aspect and wonderful views from its windows across the grounds to the lake. The lounge doors lead directly to a large paved patio, surrounded by a balustrade wall that looks out over the immaculate lawns. The patio is private, sheltered and is furnished with a table, chairs and a gas barbecue.A private entrance leads directly to a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with a fitted kitchen. Tastefully decorated, the lounge features a cream 3 piece leather suite, brown leather dining chairs and table, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier.
Upstairs there is a beautiful king room that boasts stunning lake and garden views. A second room comes with twin beds and both rooms share a bathroom. Outside there is a private patio and garden which lead to 28 acres of gorgeous grounds, plus a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Visiting Kingsbridge & Exploring Devon
This part of the country has lots of stunning beaches to enjoy, including the beaches at Bigbury, Mill Bay and South Sands. You can also visit the wonderful aquarium in Plymouth or enjoy seeing majestic Dartmouth Castle. The whole family will love woodlands Theme Park and Pennywell.
