Carpenters Cottage is located in a sensitively converted 18th century flour mill complex. It is four star accredited by the Visit England Tourist Board and can accommodate five people. It is ideal for walking and cycling in the Derbyshire countryside.The lounge/diner has a table for eight and two settees. An electric coal effect fire provides a focal point. TV, Netflix, DVD are provided together with a selection of pre-recorded DVDs.
There are windows to the front and rear of the lounge/diner and French doors opening on to a balconied deck. Steps from the deck lead to a paved sunny south facing garden bordered by a dry stone wall.
On the first floor are three bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom has two single beds designed to make up to a large double bed, where required. There is an en suite with electric shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. A full size wardrobe and chest of drawers offer storage space. There are two mirrors and 2 bedside tables. The window faces south down the Lumsdale valley.
The second bedroom has a full size double bed with access on both sides, plus a wardrobe, set of drawers, two bedside tables and a mirror.
Bedroom 3 has a full size single bed, bedside table plus a wardrobe area and a mirror.
There is a compact garden with decking and a barbeque. Behind the garden wall, there are two designated tandem parking spaces in the Mill's private off road car parking.
