Robin Hood Farm Cottage offers excellent self catering accommodation and is only a 40-minute walk to the village of Baslow in Derbyshire. Our wonderful cottage near Bakewell is perfect for a group of 4 or family looking for somewhere peaceful to stay.

Our charming cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

A cosy living area comes with a log burner, TV with Freesat (165 channels) and DVD player. The perfect place to relax with a coffee after a day exploring the local area. A well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

Two comfortable bedrooms are available: a luxurious four-poster bedroom and a twin bedroom which boasts stunning views out to the hills. The twin can also be made into a super king. Both bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside there is a lawned garden with a table and chairs, umbrella and BBQ. A great place for al fresco dining whilst the sun is shining. You can soak yourself in the hot tub.

We are only a 40-minute walk to the famous Chatsworth House and Hardwick Hall, Haddon Hall and Bolsover Castle are just a short drive away. Next door is a lovely local pub. Right behind the house is Birchen Edge, one of the most popular climbing venues in the area. The Peak District is great for mountain biking trails, horse riding, abseiling, canoeing and caving. Fantastic attractions in the area include:

Monsal Trail.
Arbor Low Stone Circle and Gib Hill.
Birchen Edge.
