Well-appointed and equipped, both cottages feature a practical open-plan design in the light and airy living room, incorporating a dining area and a well-fitted kitchen.

Round House:

Designed for two guests, this cottage offers the utmost privacy. With stunning stone masonry complementing the outdoor seating area, its internal design creates the cosy getaway you desire. The living room's open-plan layout is practical, light, and airy, seamlessly integrating a dining area and a well-fitted kitchen.

Gate House:

Sleeping two, this cottage is located at the front of the farm, providing easy access to the spectacular view down to the sea and beachfront. A cosy countryside retreat with a separate sheltered outdoor area, the cottage is well-appointed and equipped. The open-plan design in the living room is both practical and inviting, featuring a dining area and a well-fitted kitchen.

Local Area

Right on Perranporth's sandy shores, a superb beach bar and restaurant offer live music, excellent food and local ales.

The family-friendly coastal town features numerous surf, gift and local shops along the high street leading down to the beach. Nearby, you'll find surfing and surf hire facilities, a local golf course and horse riding opportunities at Pencrennow.

To the west lies the coastal village of St. Agnes, while the quaint village of Crantock is situated to the east—both must-visit destinations for craft shops, stunning beaches and cliff walks.

Just minutes away, the surfing town of Newquay boasts seven beaches and numerous attractions, including a zoo, Sea Life Centre, Creally Adventure Park, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, leisure centre, golf course, pitch and putt course, parks, and gardens.
