Hay Lake Farm near Saltash offers wonderful self catering accommodation in two properties. Our Cornish cottages offer everything you need for a relaxing getaway and fishing is available only a 5-minute drive away

Accommodation

Both of our properties offer modern accommodation, including a relaxing open plan kitchen/dining/lounge areas. They are equipped to a high standard and come with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

The Bothy

This spacious cottage sleeps up to 2 people and is great for a romantic break in a lovely part of the country. From the sumptuous double bed you can savour stunning countryside views. The bathroom comes with a luxurious walk-in shower.

The open lounge/diner/kitchen area offers a lovely space to unwind in. The kitchen is well-equipped and the lounge comes with comfy seating and a TV to catch your favourite show on. We also provide a welcome pack of fresh free-range eggs, Cornish biscuits and our own homemade Hay Lake Apple Juice.

Wheel Cottage

This charming cottage sleeps up to 2 people and comes with a pretty enclosed garden for al fresco dining. You can also relax in the private patio area as well. The spacious double bedroom is brimming with light and includes en suite facilities. The large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen is a great space to unwind in after a day sightseeing. The lounge area includes a flat-screen TV and the kitchen comes with a range of appliances. We also provide a welcome pack of fresh free-range eggs, Cornish biscuits and our own homemade Hay Lake Apple Juice.

If you wish to bring your horse we have equestrian facilities available at Hay Lake Farm.

Visiting Saltash & Exploring Cornwall

We are in a fantastic countryside position but also have easy access to the A38, Plymouth, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and both the north and south coasts of Cornwall. You can also head to one of the many sandy beaches or fascinating wildlife parks. We are also within reach of Plymouth, Saltash, Liskeard, Tavistock and Callington. Great attractions to visit include:

Whitsand Bay.
Polperro Harbour.
Monkey Sanctuary.
The National Aquarium.
The Cornish Seal Sanctuary.
