The luxury holiday cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate four adults plus a child or infant. The dining room and lounge provide ample space for up to five guests, featuring stylish tan leather sofas, a 43" Smart TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. For entertainment, we offer a selection of books, games and films suitable for both children and adults.

Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with solid wooden beds, extra deep mattresses and high-quality linens and towels to ensure a restful stay. The upstairs bathroom includes a full-size bath with an overhead shower, while a convenient cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin is located on the ground floor. We also provide a cot and high chair for infants, though guests are asked to bring their own cot linens.

Outside, the cottage boasts a stunning garden with breathtaking views over St Ives Bay. Enjoy outdoor dining at the circular hardwood picnic table, which seats eight, relax on the patio in Adirondack chairs, or make use of the barbecue station, complete with disposable barbecues and tools provided.

One of the cottage’s highlights is the heated indoor swimming pool, kept at a welcoming 29°C year-round and available exclusively for your private use throughout your stay.

Located within walking distance of the vibrant seaside town of St Ives in Cornwall, yet offering complete tranquility in a private and secluded setting, this holiday cottage is less than a 10-minute walk from two stunning Blue Flag sandy beaches at Porthminster and Carbis Bay. St Ives has preserved its unique charm, with its maze of narrow cobbled streets lined with charming shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. While the cottage is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday in Cornwall, the town boasts an excellent range of dining options for those who prefer to let someone else do the cooking.
